Item Replacement Policy

Validity Period for Replacement of Goods

Replacement of goods is only valid for a maximum of 14 days since the goods are received by the buyer. If it is more than the specified time, then the goods cannot be replaced by new ones by KRAOSAN.

In order to process a return, you must include a receipt or other proof of purchase. This is necessary to verify that the item was actually purchased from the store.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds and returns. If the item we sent is damaged/defective/wrongly sent due to our team's error, we will send a similar item to your address.

Conditions for Replacement of Goods

We only accept damaged or wrongly sent products due to our team's error. We do not accept product replacements that are not our fault. Please send photo evidence of damage and proof of purchase from our store to raosmagelang@gmail.com

We highly recommend that you include an unboxing video.

Item Replacement Process

To replace damaged or incorrectly shipped products, you can send photos of the damage and proof of purchase from our store to raosmagelang@gmail.com for verification.

After we have completed the verification, we will contact you via e-mail again to confirm the replacement of the goods. We will send a new product in the amount of the damaged one to your address and the shipping cost will be borne by KRAOSAN.
